BREAKFAST BANANA SPLIT

Ingredients

1 banana
½ cup strawberry Greek yogurt
¼ blackberry cup
¼ cup raspberries
½ cup muesli
mini chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

Cook yogurt:


  1. Place the container with yogurt in the freezer until it becomes hard, freezes, just buries.
  2. Dig out two tablespoons of yogurt and place each spoon in a separate paper muffin liner.
  3. Put back in the freezer until ready to use.
  4. Split a banana in half.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of frozen yogurt
  6. Add berries, granola and chocolate chips.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Variation ~ Skip frozen yogurt and just use strawberry yogurt. It's easier, faster, and just as tasty!
