STEAK KABOBS WITH GARLIC BUTTER
INGREDIENTS
1 lb beef tenderloin sliced into 1 inch slices
1 cup mushrooms
1 green bell pepper, seeded, chopped and diced 1 inch
1 red onion, cut into 1 inch slices
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the grill or grill pan in a room over medium heat.
- Skewer beef, mushrooms, peppers and onions.
- Lubricate meat and vegetables with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the kabob on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
- Lubricate the garlic butter over the entire Cabobs steak, then serve.
- Directions for roasting: Prepare the skewers in accordance with the directions and place on a baking sheet covered with a cooking spray. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Continue with the prescription as directed.
