CHINESE FOOD RECIPES : AUTHENTIC CHINESE SHRIMP FRIED RICE

Ingredients

4 cups, boiled rice (jasmine / basmati), chilled
1 cup small / medium shrimp, peeled, colored (marinated with 1 h. Spoon of sauce + salt + 1/4 h. Spoons of white pepper)

For Mix Sauce:

1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon of water
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp

For scrambled eggs:

2 small eggs
Salt as needed
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
1/2 teaspoon vinegar rice wine

Additionally:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil / sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 small red onion, chopped
1 cup frozen green peas and carrots
Salt as needed
1 shallot / green onion, chopped herbs

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice before cooking for at least an hour. Cook the rice overnight before cooking the fried rice and refrigerate it.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ingredients to mix the sauce. In another bowl, beat eggs, salt, ground pepper, and rice wine vinegar. Marinate shrimp with salt, pepper and sauce.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan, add the shrimp and cook until pink and cook. Keep away.

Recipe Notes:
