BEST INSTANT POT SHRIMP BOIL
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of oil
2 tablespoons of garlic
1/2 chopped onion
2 with vegetable broth
1 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay more if you want to sprinkle on top when finished
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pound baby red potato
1 pound sausage sausage, sliced
3 ears of corn on the ears cut into a third
1 pound shrimp frozen with shells on
Instructions
- Place the pressure cooker on the comb, then add the butter to melt it. Add onion and garlic and fry for several minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the broth and 1/4 teaspoon of Old Bay, set aside. Add the remaining Old Bay to the oil pan, then add salt. Mix
- Pour in the broth and lemon juice. Shuffle to combine. Turn off the pot.
- Now put the potatoes in a pan in the broth, then put the pieces of corn on it.
- Lay the pieces of sausage on top of the corn. You can sprinkle a little more on the old bay if you want.
- Close the lid and install it for 4 minutes, then quickly release it.
- Put frozen shrimp in a pan on top of the other ingredients. Close the lid and install it for 1 minute, then quickly release it.
- Serve everything on a large baking sheet with a small amount of broth poured on top. Place a small bowl of melted butter, sprinkle on the side of the Old Bay and slices of lemon on a tray.
